2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident or entity of the United States to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. SMS and Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting any form on our website or opting in through our chat widget, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from General AI Laboratories LLC and EZ AI Audits, including:

• Audit status updates and report delivery notifications

4. Payment Terms

All fees are stated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Subscription fees, if applicable, are billed on the cycle indicated at signup. Founding client rates, where offered, are locked for the life of the subscription.

5. Deliverables and Intellectual Property

Audit reports and deliverables generated through our services are licensed to you for internal business use upon receipt of full payment. You may not resell or redistribute our deliverables without written permission. AI-generated content is advisory in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will produce any specific business outcome or that AI-generated recommendations will be error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, General AI Laboratories LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 90 days preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Sonoma County, California.
